CareCircle is a mobile + web app that organizes informal caregiving for older adults or anyone needing ongoing support. It centralizes schedules, tasks, medication reminders, appointments, and a simple daily check-in so families stop relying on scattered texts and misunderstood verbal updates. The app includes a shared care plan, role-based permissions (primary caregiver, helper, neighbor, paid aide), and an incident log for falls, symptoms, and notable events. It also supports lightweight documentation (photos of pillboxes, discharge papers) and automated “who’s on point today” notifications. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer that summarizes updates into a weekly digest and flags gaps (e.g., missed meds, no check-in). It’s intentionally not a clinical EHR—just practical coordination that real families will actually use.
