CareDate

CareDate is a mobile + web app for people dating in later life who also juggle caregiving, chronic conditions, mobility limits, or complex family dynamics. Instead of pretending those topics don’t exist, it helps users disclose them safely and gradually. The app offers guided “reveal cards” (e.g., caregiving schedule, hearing aids, ED meds, adult kids at home), boundary templates, and a practical date planner that suggests accessible venues, daytime options, and low-energy plans. It also includes a private “support circle” where a trusted friend can see date logistics (not messages) for safety. This is not a swipe casino; matching is limited, slower, and centered on compatibility plus logistics. It’s realistic: many later-life relationships fail due to unspoken constraints, not lack of chemistry—CareDate makes those constraints discussable without killing the mood.
