CareerLedger is a web + mobile AI app that quietly captures your work wins and turns them into promotion-ready evidence. Connect Slack/Teams, Jira/Asana, GitHub, Google Docs, and calendar to detect shipped work, customer impact, and cross-team contributions. Each week it drafts a concise brag doc, performance review bullets, and a “promotion packet” mapped to your company’s leveling rubric (or a generic one if you don’t have it). It also prompts you to add missing context (numbers, stakeholders, tradeoffs) so the record is credible, not fluffy. The app includes a private “proof vault” with links, screenshots, and approvals to reduce the awkward scramble before reviews. This is not a job board or coaching marketplace; it’s a lightweight system of record for career evidence that you own and can export anytime.
