CareHandoff

CareHandoff is a mobile + web app for disability support workers and coordinators to capture consistent, audit-ready shift handovers without the chaos of group chats and messy paper notes. Workers log tasks completed, incidents, meds prompts (non-prescribing), community access outcomes, and client preferences using structured templates that match common NDIS-style reporting needs. The app generates a clear handover summary for the next worker and a weekly digest for coordinators/families, with permissions and redaction controls. It includes offline mode for homes with poor reception and a simple “what changed since last shift” view to reduce missed details. This is a traditional app with light AI: optional speech-to-structured-note and auto-summarization, but everything remains editable and attributable to a specific worker for compliance and accountability.
