CareLedger

CareLedger is a mobile + web app for families coordinating care for an older adult or chronically ill person across multiple helpers (siblings, aides, neighbors). It replaces scattered texts and notebooks with a single, time-stamped care log: meds given, meals, mood, vitals, incidents, appointments, and supplies. Each entry is quick, structured, and searchable, with photo support (e.g., wound progression, pill bottles). The app generates a daily summary and a “handoff brief” so the next caregiver knows exactly what happened and what to watch for. Optional AI turns raw notes into concise updates and flags inconsistencies (e.g., double-dosed meds) but does not diagnose. It also includes permissioned access for professionals (home health aides) and exportable reports for clinicians. Monetization: subscription per care circle, with a free tier limited to one caregiver and basic logs.
