Instead of trying to be an all-in-one church suite, it acts as a “care CRM” with simple pipelines (New Need → Assigned → Contacted → Ongoing → Closed), shared notes, and permissioned visibility for clergy, staff, and vetted care-team volunteers. It includes a lightweight member directory sync, task reminders, and secure messaging templates for check-ins. An optional AI layer helps draft compassionate follow-up messages, summarizes long care notes into next-step bullets, and flags “no-contact” gaps (e.g., shut-ins not reached in 30 days). Realistically, the product wins only if it is dead-simple, privacy-forward, and integrates with existing church databases instead of replacing them.
