CareLedger

CareLedger is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that turns self-care into a simple, auditable log instead of vague intentions. You pick a small set of non-negotiables (sleep window, meds, hydration, movement, sunlight, therapy homework, boundaries), then the app verifies completion using lightweight evidence: quick photo check-ins, short timers, calendar/health integrations, and “friction prompts” when you try to skip. It generates a weekly Self-Care Statement: what you did, what you didn’t, and what it cost you (time, money, energy). An AI coach summarizes patterns and suggests one change at a time, but it won’t pretend to be your therapist. The goal is behavior clarity and accountability, not endless affirmations. This is for people who are tired of tracking apps that feel good but don’t change outcomes.
