CareNudge

CareNudge is a mobile + web app for family caregivers coordinating care for an older adult or chronically ill relative. It turns messy, informal caregiving into a lightweight system: shared task lists, medication and appointment reminders, symptom check-ins, and a simple “who’s on duty” calendar. The AI layer flags risk patterns (missed meds, escalating symptoms, repeated night disruptions, caregiver overload) and suggests next actions like calling the clinic, arranging respite, or reassigning tasks. It also generates a weekly summary you can send to siblings or a clinician, reducing arguments and confusion. This is not a medical diagnosis tool; it’s coordination and early warning. The app is realistic about adherence: it focuses on minimal inputs (tap-to-confirm, quick sliders) and integrates with SMS for non-tech-savvy family members.
