CareProof is a mobile + web app that helps family caregivers and small home-care agencies create defensible, time-stamped care records without drowning in paperwork. It turns quick check-ins (arrival/departure, tasks completed, meds reminders acknowledged, incident notes) into a clean timeline that can be shared with siblings, case managers, or agencies. The app supports photo evidence (e.g., fridge stocked, wound dressing supplies), secure notes, and exportable reports for reimbursement, tax documentation, or care-plan reviews. An AI layer can summarize weekly activity, flag missing documentation, and draft neutral incident reports, but it won’t pretend to be a clinician. The goal is simple: reduce family conflict, reduce “did you actually do it?” accusations, and make caregiving more accountable with minimal extra work.
