CareProof is a mobile + web app for single parents who need clean, defensible records of parenting logistics without living in spreadsheets. It automatically turns everyday events into a timeline: pickups/drop-offs, schedule changes, late arrivals, expense splits, messages, and incident notes. You can attach photos, receipts, and location/time metadata, then export a standardized “parenting log” PDF for mediation, school meetings, or legal counsel. An AI assistant helps summarize long message threads into neutral, factual statements and flags risky language before you send it. The app is not a lawyer and won’t promise outcomes; it simply reduces the time and emotional load of documenting reality. Privacy is strict: encrypted storage, granular sharing, and an “export-only” mode so you can keep data private until needed.
