CareProof

CareProof is a mobile + web app that creates a simple, auditable record of in-home elder care visits without turning the home into a surveillance zone. Caregivers check in/out with GPS + time, complete a short task checklist (meds, meals, hygiene, mobility), and optionally add one consent-based photo of non-sensitive proof (e.g., meal prepared, pill organizer filled). Family members and care managers see a clean timeline, missed-task alerts, and weekly summaries. The app also supports “exception notes” for real-world issues (client refused shower, meds out of stock) to reduce blame and confusion. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI generates concise summaries, flags inconsistent logs, and drafts messages to coordinate next steps. It’s designed for private-pay families and small agencies that can’t afford enterprise systems but still need accountability and clarity.
