CareProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps people prove when they were denied medically necessary care and quickly escalate to the right channel (insurer appeal, hospital patient advocate, regulator complaint, or legal aid). Users log an incident in under 2 minutes: what happened, where, who, symptoms, and any paperwork. The app generates a structured timeline, a plain-language appeal letter, and a regulator-ready complaint packet, then tracks deadlines and responses. It also records call notes, uploads EOBs/denial letters, and creates a “care dossier” users can share with advocates or family. This is not a diagnosis app; it’s a rights-and-process tool to reduce the chaos and power imbalance that makes people give up. Realistically, it wins by being boringly reliable: forms, evidence, deadlines, and escalation paths that actually work.
