CareProof is a mobile + web app for nannies and babysitters to document care in a way that protects everyone when something goes wrong. Instead of generic “daily reports,” it focuses on high-stakes moments: minor injuries, medication given, allergies, pickups/drop-offs, and unusual behavior. Caregivers can create a timestamped incident entry with structured fields, photos, and witness notes, then request a parent acknowledgement. Parents get a clean, searchable timeline and can export a PDF summary for pediatricians, schools, or (if needed) insurance. The AI component helps draft clear, neutral language from quick notes and flags missing details (e.g., no location, no first-aid action). This is not a marketplace for hiring; it’s a lightweight compliance and trust layer for families who already have a caregiver. Realistically, adoption depends on making it faster than texting and less awkward than “paperwork.”
