CarePulse

CarePulse is a mobile + web remote monitoring app for family caregivers and small home-care agencies to track day-to-day functional decline in older adults without expensive medical devices. It combines lightweight check-ins (sleep, appetite, mood, pain, mobility) with passive signals from the phone (step count, location consistency, missed calls/text patterns) and optional integrations (Apple Health, Google Fit). The app flags meaningful changes using simple trend detection and an AI-generated “what changed” summary, then prompts a caregiver action plan (call, schedule visit, medication check, clinician message). It’s designed for non-clinical users: clear alerts, minimal data entry, and shared access among family members. It’s not a replacement for clinical RPM billing; it’s a practical early-warning system for real life, where people forget to log vitals and families live far away.
