CareShift is a mobile + web app that turns messy family caregiving into a clear, auditable plan. It centralizes shift scheduling, task checklists, medication reminders, and a lightweight “proof of care” log (notes, photos, timestamps) so siblings stop arguing about who did what. It also tracks shared expenses (mileage, supplies, copays) with receipt capture and auto-splitting, producing monthly summaries that can be exported for reimbursement, taxes, or family transparency. The AI layer summarizes weekly status updates from logs and flags risk patterns (missed meds, frequent falls, rising spend) without pretending to be a clinician. The app is realistic: it won’t replace professional care, but it will reduce coordination overhead and conflict. Monetization is subscription per family, with optional add-ons for document storage and caregiver onboarding templates.
