Families get a clean visit summary and can message the caregiver without exposing personal phone numbers. The AI component turns messy notes into standardized care logs, highlights missed tasks, and drafts weekly summaries for case managers—while keeping the caregiver in control with one-tap edits. This is not a full electronic health record; it’s a practical layer that reduces disputes, improves transparency, and makes audits less painful. Realistically, you’ll win only if you stay simple, integrate with payroll/EVV where possible, and price for small operators who hate enterprise software.
