CareShift
CareShift is a mobile + web app for parents and caregivers who juggle daycare, grandparents, babysitters, and split households. Instead of logging every diaper, it focuses on “handoff-critical” info: last feed/nap, meds, allergies, mood, pickup/dropoff notes, and what to watch for. Each care session ends with a one-tap handoff summary that the next caregiver must acknowledge. Optional AI turns messy voice notes into structured items and flags contradictions (e.g., two caregivers both gave medicine). It also stores daycare forms, emergency contacts, and a lightweight timeline for the last 48 hours only—because most people won’t maintain perfect logs for months. The app is realistic about behavior: it’s built for quick, high-signal updates that reduce mistakes and arguments, not for obsessive tracking. Monetization: subscription per family, with a free tier limited to one caregiver.
