CareSnapLog

CareSnapLog is a mobile-first home care documentation app that replaces vague shift notes with quick, structured “micro-logs” backed by optional photo evidence. Caregivers tap through a 60-second checklist (meals, meds taken, toileting, mobility, mood, vitals if needed), add a timestamped photo when appropriate (e.g., meal served, wound dressing setup—never the wound itself by default), and capture a short voice note that auto-transcribes into a clean summary. Family members and care managers get a simple daily digest and exception alerts (missed meal, unusual agitation, repeated falls risk flags). It’s not trying to be a full agency EMR—just the part everyone fights about: what actually happened in the home. Expect pushback: some caregivers will hate “more logging,” and privacy must be handled carefully, but the value is clarity and reduced disputes.
