CargoProof

CargoProof is a mobile-first proof-of-condition and load-security app for van/minivan operators doing deliveries, rentals, or service calls. Before departure and at drop-off, the driver follows a short guided checklist (tie-downs, door seals, cargo barriers, weight distribution) and captures required photos/video. The app time-stamps, geo-tags, and generates a shareable “Cargo Proof Pack” PDF link for dispatchers, customers, or insurers. An AI layer flags risky patterns (e.g., unsecured tall items, blocked rear visibility, open doors, missing straps) and highlights mismatches between declared items and photos. It also stores recurring vehicle profiles and standard operating procedures per client, so teams stay consistent. This reduces disputes, damage claims, and chargebacks—especially for gig drivers and small fleets who can’t afford full telematics systems.
