The app ingests your itinerary (PDF/email forward), builds a clear “what’s included” checklist, and provides a single chat-style request channel that routes to the operator or approved partners with structured forms (not vague messages). It also offers a pre-trip preference profile (wine, pillows, allergies, accessibility) that can be reused across trips. Realistically, success depends on operator/partner buy-in; without integrations, it becomes just another itinerary app.
