It ingests carrier invoices and shipment data from Shopify/WooCommerce/ShipStation, then flags common overcharges: dimensional weight mismatches, duplicate charges, incorrect service levels, address correction fees, late delivery refunds, and misapplied surcharges. The product guides users through dispute workflows with prefilled claim packets, evidence attachments, and status tracking across carriers. An AI layer classifies charge lines, predicts dispute win-likelihood, and prioritizes the highest ROI cases so small teams don’t waste hours chasing $2 errors. Realistically, this won’t “recover everything” and carriers can be slow; the value is consistent savings, clean reporting, and fewer manual spreadsheet audits. Pricing can be a subscription plus a small percentage of recovered savings, aligned to outcomes.
