CartCompass

CartCompass is a mobile + web AI recommendation app that generates shopping suggestions based on what you actually buy, not what you browse. Users connect email receipts (Gmail/Outlook) and optionally loyalty accounts to build a private “purchase graph” across categories like groceries, skincare, pet supplies, and household items. The app surfaces personalized replenishment reminders, cheaper equivalents, healthier swaps, and “you’ll probably need this next” bundles. It also flags price spikes and suggests the best time/store to buy based on recent receipt prices. The pitch is simple: most recommendation engines are ad-driven and biased toward whoever pays; CartCompass is receipt-driven and biased toward saving you money and time. Monetization is a freemium subscription (advanced price tracking, multi-store comparisons, family profiles) plus optional affiliate links where available. Realistically, growth will be slow without trust and tight UX, but the value is tangible.
