CartFailover

CartFailover is a web app + lightweight SDK that detects failed or high-risk payment attempts in real time and automatically routes the shopper to the best alternative path: a different PSP, a different payment method (ACH, wallet, BNPL), or a retry with optimized parameters. It focuses on the unsexy reality: a meaningful chunk of revenue is lost to false declines, processor outages, 3DS friction, and misconfigured rules. Merchants get a single dashboard showing failure reasons, recovery rate, and incremental revenue, plus an A/B testing layer to prove lift. The product integrates with Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, and major gateways, and can run in “recommendation mode” first (no auto-routing) to reduce risk. It’s not a fraud tool; it’s a checkout resiliency and conversion recovery layer that pays for itself only if it measurably increases approved transactions.
