CartGuard

CartGuard is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embedded UI) that helps small and mid-sized e-commerce stores reduce chargebacks and “friendly fraud” at checkout. It scores orders in real time using signals most merchants already have (device, velocity, address consistency, past disputes, email/phone reputation) and recommends lightweight actions: require 3DS, request ID for high-risk orders, delay fulfillment, or auto-cancel. It also creates a clean evidence packet for disputes (timeline, tracking, delivery proof, customer comms) so merchants can respond faster and more consistently. This is not a magic fraud-stopper—fraudsters adapt—but it gives merchants a practical, measurable way to cut losses without hiring a risk team. Pricing is usage-based so smaller shops can start without a big commitment.
