CartonFit

CartonFit is a web app (with optional mobile scanning) that recommends the best box, mailer, and dunnage plan for each order before it hits the pack station. It connects to your WMS/OMS, ingests SKU dimensions/weights, and flags bad data (wrong dims, missing weights) that causes costly cartonization mistakes. For warehouses without reliable item master data, packers can use a phone camera to quickly capture dimensions and update the catalog with approval workflows. The app outputs packing instructions, box selection, and predicted carrier billed weight, then compares it to actual shipping invoices to find systematic overboxing and DIM surprises. It’s not magic: if your SKU data is garbage and you refuse to measure items, results will be limited. But for most SMB and mid-market fulfillment ops, even modest accuracy improvements translate into immediate savings and fewer damage claims.
