CartonTetris

CartonTetris is a web app (with optional mobile scanner) that helps small and mid-sized ecommerce warehouses choose the best box and dunnage for each order, reducing dimensional-weight charges and void fill. It connects to your order feed (Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation) and your box catalog, then recommends the smallest feasible carton based on item dimensions, fragility rules, and packing constraints. For teams without perfect item data, the mobile companion lets staff quickly scan/measure items and update the catalog over time. The app outputs a packing slip with the recommended carton, inserts, and a confidence score, and can push the selected package dimensions back into your shipping workflow. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for reliability, AI to infer missing dimensions, detect outliers, and learn from overrides. Expect savings mainly from dim-weight reductions and fewer packing errors, not miracles.
