CartSentry is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile dashboard) that monitors your e-commerce checkout in real time and alerts you when something breaks or slows down. It runs synthetic test purchases across key flows (guest checkout, discount codes, shipping rules, payment methods, mobile vs desktop) and tracks performance, error rates, and third-party outages (payment gateways, tax, shipping, fraud tools). When it detects anomalies—like a spike in failed payments, a new JavaScript error after a theme update, or a sudden slowdown—it notifies the right people with clear, actionable diagnostics and rollback suggestions. It also keeps an incident timeline so teams can prove impact, coordinate fixes, and avoid repeat failures. This is not a “nice analytics dashboard”; it’s operational reliability for revenue-critical funnels.
