CaseForge is a web app (with optional Jira/Linear integrations) that helps QA and product teams design high-quality test cases from messy inputs like user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI screenshots. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI proposes test scenarios, edge cases, and negative tests, but the workflow forces human review and traceability so teams don’t ship hallucinated nonsense. The core value is structure and coverage: it maps requirements to test cases, highlights gaps, and enforces consistent templates (preconditions, steps, data, expected results, priority, risk). It also supports lightweight risk-based testing by scoring scenarios based on change frequency, user impact, and historical defect areas. Realistically, it won’t replace experienced QA thinking; it just reduces the time wasted on formatting, duplication, and missed edge cases, while producing artifacts auditors and regulated teams can actually use.
