CaseProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps immigrants and immigration attorneys assemble, verify, and export evidence packets for common filings (family-based, asylum support docs, work authorization renewals, RFE responses). Users upload documents, photos, and messages; the app guides them through a checklist tailored to their case type and jurisdictional norms, flags missing items, and generates a clean index with exhibit labels and a declaration template. An AI layer can suggest what evidence is typically persuasive, detect duplicates, and extract key dates/names to populate forms—while keeping humans in control with review steps. It also tracks deadlines, appointment dates, and request-for-evidence tasks, with shareable links for clients to submit items securely. This is not legal advice; it’s a structured evidence and workflow tool designed to reduce preventable errors and delays.
