CaseRelay is a web + mobile whistleblowing intake and routing app that helps people report civic corruption, fraud, and misconduct to the most appropriate oversight body (inspector general, ombudsman, regulator, journalist, NGO) with minimal personal risk. Users answer a structured questionnaire, attach evidence, and the app generates a jurisdiction-aware report package with a clear timeline, allegation summary, and supporting files. It also offers optional anonymity tools guidance (not magic anonymity) and a “safe follow-up” inbox that lets users receive updates without exposing their identity. On the receiving side, vetted organizations get a lightweight portal to accept/decline cases, request clarifications, and track status. The AI component is limited to classification, redaction suggestions, and report drafting—users must review everything. Realistically, success depends on building trust and partnerships; without them, it’s just another form.
