CaseSnap
CaseSnap is a web + mobile app for government inspection and enforcement teams to capture defensible evidence and assemble case files fast. Inspectors collect photos, video, notes, measurements, and signatures in the field with automatic timestamps, GPS, and device metadata, then generate a standardized “case packet” for citations, hearings, or prosecution. The app includes offline mode for dead zones, controlled vocabularies for violation codes, and a chain-of-custody log that tracks every edit, export, and handoff. An AI assistant (optional) drafts narrative summaries from field notes, flags missing required elements (e.g., no placard photo, no witness statement), and suggests next steps based on agency policy checklists. The goal is not flashy analytics—it’s reducing dismissed cases, rework, and time spent stitching together evidence across email, shared drives, and legacy systems.
