CashDrift

CashDrift is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors real-time cash position and short-term liquidity risk for SMBs and mid-market finance teams. It connects to bank accounts and accounting systems, then builds a 13-week rolling cash forecast that updates daily from actual inflows/outflows, open invoices, bills, payroll schedules, and recurring subscriptions. The product flags “cash drift” events—when reality diverges from plan—and explains the drivers (late customer payments, vendor spikes, tax withdrawals, card settlement delays). It also runs simple what-if scenarios (delay a vendor payment, accelerate collections, draw on a line of credit) and shows the impact on minimum cash balance and covenant-like internal thresholds. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for deterministic forecasting and reconciliation, AI for categorizing transactions, detecting anomalies, and generating plain-English explanations and action checklists.
