Catechize

Catechize is a mobile + web app that helps Protestant churches run structured, trackable catechesis and membership preparation without turning it into busywork. Pastors/elders choose a confessional track (e.g., Heidelberg, Westminster Shorter, Baptist catechisms) or build their own lesson plan, then assign weekly prompts, short readings, and memory work. Members submit quick check-ins (audio recitation, short answers, attendance confirmations), and leaders get a clear dashboard of who is progressing, stuck, or disengaged. The app also includes parent-mode for family discipleship, with age-appropriate prompts and reminders. This is not a sermon library or generic Bible app; it’s a completion-focused pathway from “interested visitor” to “instructed member,” with lightweight accountability and pastoral oversight. It’s realistic: most churches already want this, but lack a simple system to run it consistently.
