You walk through your home room-by-room and answer a short checklist, then snap photos of problem areas (cords, plants, balconies, windows, cleaners, small swallowables). The app generates a prioritized “Fix List” with severity, cost range, and quick DIY steps, plus links to recommended safety products. It also includes a “New Cat Setup” plan for adopters and a “Move-In Scan” for new apartments. This is not a generic tips blog: it’s a structured audit that turns vague advice into a concrete action plan you can complete in an hour. Realistically, most owners won’t pay much unless it saves money or prevents emergencies—so the app must prove value fast with clear risk scoring and practical fixes.
