CBAWatch is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks collective bargaining agreements, key clauses, and time-sensitive milestones like reopeners, wage step triggers, and expiration dates. It centralizes contract PDFs, side letters, and MOUs, then turns them into a searchable clause library with alerts and a negotiation-ready timeline. The AI component extracts structured terms (wages, benefits, grievance timelines, scheduling rules) and flags inconsistencies across documents, but keeps humans in control with review workflows and audit trails. Realistically, the hardest part isn’t the software—it’s getting clean documents and keeping them updated—so the product is designed for quick onboarding, bulk imports, and “good enough” extraction with transparent confidence scores. It’s built for union staff and labor-side attorneys who need speed, not another bloated HR suite.
