CellarGuard

CellarGuard is a mobile + web app that monitors and verifies wine-cellar conditions using off-the-shelf sensors (temperature, humidity, vibration, door open/close) and turns that data into actionable alerts and insurance-grade reports. It’s not another cataloging app; it’s a protection and accountability layer for collectors with real money at risk. The app flags dangerous trends (e.g., compressor failure, prolonged high humidity, repeated door openings), recommends concrete fixes, and logs an immutable timeline of conditions for provenance and claims. An AI component summarizes anomalies, predicts likely equipment failure based on patterns, and generates a simple “cellar health score” that owners and managers can understand. Realistically, hardware setup and ongoing reliability are the hard parts, but if you nail sensor onboarding and alert accuracy, you become sticky fast because the downside of doing nothing is expensive.
