CellarKey is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that creates a “trust layer” for high-end wine and spirits by combining verified custody logs with storage-condition evidence. Users (collectors, brokers, auction houses) attach a bottle to a digital record: purchase source, photos, serial/lot details, and optional third-party verification. For bottles stored in partner facilities, CellarKey pulls temperature/humidity data and generates a tamper-evident timeline. When a bottle is listed for sale, the seller can share a read-only “Provenance Card” that includes custody history, storage compliance score, and anomaly flags (e.g., gaps in custody, suspicious label changes). AI helps detect label/capsule inconsistencies across time-stamped images and highlights risk, but does not claim authenticity—just surfaces evidence and uncertainty. The business model is per-bottle verification + B2B subscriptions for brokers/storage partners.
