CellProof is a mobile + web app that collects defensible, standardized network coverage evidence for a specific address, route, or work site. It runs guided tests (signal, throughput, latency, jitter, packet loss) while capturing GPS, timestamp, device model, carrier, radio tech (LTE/5G), and optional indoor/outdoor notes. The output is a tamper-evident “Coverage Report” you can share with carriers, landlords, municipalities, or clients to resolve SLA disputes, justify a small-cell/DAS install, or validate a new carrier contract. Brutal truth: consumer coverage maps are marketing, and enterprise tools are expensive and overkill for many teams.
