CellPulse

CellPulse is a web + mobile AI app for small and mid-sized factories running industrial robots (welding, pick-and-place, packaging). It ingests robot controller logs and basic cell signals (cycle time, faults, E-stops, PLC tags) to flag early warning patterns: rising fault frequency, drifting cycle times, abnormal resets, and operator interventions that precede downtime. The MVP focuses on fast setup: connect via common protocols (OPC UA/MQTT) or file drops, map a handful of signals, and get a live health dashboard plus alerts. It also generates a plain-language incident summary for maintenance handoff, including likely causes and the exact timestamps/tags that changed. This is not a full CMMS or a heavy SCADA replacement; it’s a lightweight “downtime radar” aimed at reducing unplanned stops and speeding troubleshooting with minimal integration work.
