CellQC
CellQC is a web app (with optional tablet-friendly UI) for regenerative medicine labs to standardize and audit cell therapy batch release decisions. It centralizes in-process and release QC data (viability, identity markers, sterility, endotoxin, potency proxies), links them to SOP-defined acceptance criteria, and produces a defensible, time-stamped release packet for QA review. The app flags out-of-spec trends early (e.g., drifting viability across passages, instrument calibration gaps, missing chain-of-custody steps) and forces structured deviation documentation. It’s not a magic “discover new therapies” product—it's operational plumbing that reduces batch failures and QA back-and-forth. Expect heavy configuration per lab and strict compliance needs (21 CFR Part 11/GxP); the MVP should focus on one workflow: autologous cell batch release with clean audit trails and exportable reports.
