CellSentry
CellSentry is a web + desktop app for industrial robot cell health monitoring and root-cause triage. It ingests controller alarms, cycle-time signals, I/O states, safety events, and maintenance logs from common robot brands via OPC UA/MQTT connectors, then normalizes them into a single timeline per cell. An AI layer clusters recurring fault patterns, flags “leading indicators” (e.g., rising cycle-time variance, repeated minor alarms), and suggests the most likely causes with evidence (similar past incidents, affected stations, last maintenance). It also generates shift-ready incident reports and a prioritized action list for maintenance. This is not a magic predictive-maintenance promise; it focuses on practical detection, faster troubleshooting, and consistent documentation. The MVP targets 1–5 cells per plant, with lightweight deployment on an edge PC and a secure cloud dashboard for multi-site visibility.
