CertiPaws is a mobile + web app for therapy animal teams and program coordinators to keep credentials, health records, and visit eligibility in one place. It tracks vaccination/health-document expirations, handler training renewals, facility-specific requirements, and generates a “ready-to-visit” status that can be shown at check-in. Coordinators can set rule templates per facility (e.g., hospital vs. school), invite teams, and instantly see who is cleared for upcoming visits. Handlers get simple reminders, a secure document wallet, and one-tap sharing links that expire. This is not a feel-good journaling app; it’s operational compliance tooling that reduces last-minute cancellations and awkward gatekeeping at the door. Expect some manual setup and policy differences across orgs, but the value is in making requirements explicit and auditable.
