CertiProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates certificate of insurance (COI) intake, validation, and ongoing compliance for businesses that rely on vendors, subcontractors, or venues. Users upload COIs via email forwarding or a portal; the system extracts key fields, checks them against your requirements (limits, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, effective dates), and flags common red flags like mismatched named insured, expired policies, or missing endorsements. It continuously monitors expirations and sends reminders to vendors before coverage lapses. The AI component focuses on document extraction and anomaly detection, but the product is designed to be reliable even when AI is imperfect by requiring human-friendly review workflows and audit trails. This reduces uninsured loss exposure and the operational grind of chasing paperwork, without trying to replace brokers or carriers.
