Users forward confirmation emails, upload PDFs, or connect supported course providers; the app extracts provider name, hours/credits, dates, and accreditation details, then maps them to the right license/cert requirements by state/board. It flags missing documentation, approaching renewal deadlines, and suspicious entries that may be rejected in an audit. The output is a clean, board-ready report plus an “audit packet” with originals, metadata, and a timeline. This is not a learning platform; it’s the boring compliance layer professionals actually struggle with. Monetization: individual subscription plus employer/team plans for clinics, firms, and agencies that need centralized visibility and risk reduction.
