CertLedger

CertLedger is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that helps professionals and training providers keep certifications accurate, verifiable, and up to date without manual chasing. Users connect issuing sources (e.g., major certification bodies, LMS exports, or email-based issuance) and build a single public “credential page” that shows status, expiration, renewal requirements, and proof artifacts. The app monitors expirations and policy changes, nudges users with renewal checklists, and lets employers verify claims via time-stamped snapshots and issuer-linked evidence. AI is used only to parse messy PDFs/emails and map them into structured fields—no “AI verification” hand-waving. The product is intentionally boring: reduce admin work, reduce fraud, and reduce hiring friction. Monetization: freemium for individuals, paid tiers for cohorts (bootcamps, corporate L&D) and verification volume for employers.
