CertPulse

CertPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks product-safety compliance evidence at the SKU and supplier level—think test reports, certificates of conformity, lab results, and audit documents—and prevents shipments when critical documents are missing or expired. Teams upload or forward documents, map them to products/components, and set rules by market (US/EU/UK) and category (toys, cosmetics, electronics, food contact). The system sends escalating reminders to suppliers, flags high-risk SKUs, and generates a “release packet” for each shipment. An AI layer can auto-extract dates, standards, and scope from PDFs, but the app is honest about confidence scores and requires human approval for blocking actions. This is not glamorous: it’s paperwork, chasing vendors, and avoiding costly holds/recalls. The value is reducing fire drills and preventing non-compliant product from reaching customers.
