CertTrail is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that helps organic and regenerative livestock farms stay audit-ready by turning daily chores into compliant records. Farmers log treatments, feed sources, pasture moves, animal IDs, and purchase invoices in under a minute, then CertTrail automatically maps entries to organic standards and common certifier checklists. The app flags risky actions (e.g., prohibited inputs, missing withdrawal documentation, incomplete traceability) before they become audit findings. It also generates a clean “audit packet” with timelines, receipts, and lot/animal traceability exports for certifiers and buyers. The AI component is practical: it reads photos/PDFs of invoices and input labels, extracts key fields, and suggests categorizations—no magical predictions. This is not a farm-management suite; it’s a focused compliance and traceability tool that reduces time, stress, and certification risk.
