Users forward course completion emails, upload PDFs, or connect supported learning providers; the app extracts credit hours, provider IDs, dates, and license applicability, then files everything into an audit-ready ledger. It maintains a rules library per state/board (e.g., nursing, real estate, accounting) and shows a simple “you’re covered / you’re short” dashboard with what counts and what doesn’t. When you’re short, it recommends approved courses filtered by price, time, and format, and generates a one-click renewal checklist.
