ChainCustody

ChainCustody is a secure web + desktop app (with optional mobile companion) for tracking digital evidence and operational artifacts with verifiable chain-of-custody. It ingests files (docs, images, audio, logs), calculates cryptographic hashes, timestamps events, and records every access, transfer, and annotation in an immutable audit trail. The product focuses on real-world constraints: air-gapped networks, classified enclaves, intermittent connectivity, and strict role-based access. It supports case folders, evidence packaging for inter-agency sharing, and exportable audit reports for oversight, legal proceedings, or internal investigations. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with entity extraction and content triage, but the core value is integrity, provenance, and defensible auditability. The goal is to reduce “trust me” handling of sensitive materials and replace it with provable, repeatable processes that survive scrutiny.
