ChangeBrief

ChangeBrief is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for change communication that forces clarity and verifies comprehension. Leaders publish short, structured change briefs (what’s changing, why, impact by role, timeline, what to do now). Employees receive the brief, answer a 60-second comprehension check, and can submit anonymous questions. The app highlights where confusion clusters by department, location, or role, and suggests which parts of the message need rewriting. It also tracks acknowledgement vs. understanding (not the same thing) and produces audit-ready reports for regulated environments. This is not a generic intranet feed—it's a lightweight system for high-stakes change moments (policy updates, reorganizations, tool rollouts) where miscommunication causes real cost. Integrations push briefs into Slack/Teams and sync org structure from HRIS so targeting is accurate.
